DIGITAL LIBRARY!

THE DIGITAL LIRBARY IS BACK 😁

On the digital library you are able to access a huge range of ebooks- all for free🎉 (Some titles are even exclusive to the digital library)!

• To borrow and read a book on the digital library you will first need to sign in. Your username is your login name for The City of Leicester College (first initial, surname and 3-digit number) and the password is Library1

•You can read the ebooks on your browser https://tcolclibrary.eplatform.co/ or on the ePlatform app (available on the Apple app store, Google play store and Windows 10 app store). Once you’ve downloaded the app you will then need to search for The City of Leicester College on ‘Find Your Library’, and then sign in with your username and password.

•Simply browse the digital library or search for a specific title and click ‘borrow’ to borrow the ebook. Then click on ‘read’ to start the book.

• You can borrow up to 2 ebooks at a time (some titles are age restricted).

• Ebooks are loaned for up to 14 days and are automatically returned after that time period (so you don’t have to worry about due dates) or you can click ‘return’ to return sooner.

EXCITING NEWS FOR THE NEW YEAR!

We have finally gotten our very own digital library! And not a moment too soon!

The digital library will allow you to access a range of ebooks, all for free!

And the best part is, you don’t need to worry about due dates or damaged books!

How to use the library (in covid-19 conditions)

For our returning students, it will be a change to see the library operating in a different way. And for our new students, it’s a shame that you won’t be able to experience the library as normal.

However, the good news is that one of the main functions of the library, borrowing books, will still continue!
